Little Bits

Here is a closeup of the roses on top of the cake.

The final cake of course 1 is this rose cake. We have been learning how to make the rose for a month now. It’s not very hard once you get the hang of it, but learning it was difficult. I think this is my favorite cake so far!

As you can see in the photo – both boys were crawling in April!

Here is a close up of one of the clowns.

For the 3rd session of the first Wilton class, we made this clown cake. The point of the exercise was to make a frosting figure. I liked the way the 2-tone frosting jobs looks!

Tammy had a Greenville Mothers of Multiples meeting on Thursday. So, we iced up the sides to cover up what we had eaten (making the cake look like a rainbow!), piped a couple of baby heads and renamed the cake! Tammy won 1st prize, although they announced it as a “Gay Pride” cake 🙁
