Little Bits

For Course 2, there was only one cake. We spent the first 3 classes learning a bunch of different flowers and borders. The final cake was used to present examples of all the flowers that we created. The flowers are made of royal icing, while the birds are made from ColorFlow. There is a basket weave around the sides of the cake. Talk about a lot of work!
