It was everywhere and I mean everywhere.

To once again prove how laid back I have become I let the boys play with roll on bottles of powder. They had lots of fun…cleanup for mommy…not so much fun.

In January, I couldn’t run a mile with stopping. This is a picture of my finisher medals from my biggest races this year:
